Here's my run down of VIP Packages (I got Reflection Section VIP in Montreal)
A week before the show I received an e-mai lwith instructins as to where to go and at what time. I was told to go to a certain entrance at 4:15 pm to check-in and should show up no later than 5:30 pm or else it would be closed. Shortly after I received an e-mail from UPS saying a shipment was on my way and it would arrive the day after the concert (annoying, but w.e).
So we showed up at the venue at 4 pm and there was already a huge line for VIP Reflection Section (probably 35 people in front of me). In total there were 71 people with this package. They started checking us in at 4:20 and were told to go upstairs after check in and wait in another line. You had to make sure to have ID since they had a "VIP list" and were checking off names. If you didn't have ID you couldn't get in. So make sure if it's under your dads name or something he is physically there to show ID or else you can't get in!!!! This was the case for one person in line... their dad had bought the tickets, used his name for information, but wasn't present to let his daughters in so they got kicked out and were just in normal line (bye bye 300$).
So I got checked in and given a braclet by around 4:45 and went upstairs to wait. There we waited till about 5:55 pm (lots of waiting) in that other line still outside the actual venue. They then guided us down to the section where everyone in front of us ran to the tip (which I didn't care about, I wanted main stage though that was a mistake lol).
Even with 71 people in VIP it wasn't super packed, there was still room around the main stage for people to stand right against. Even people with normal GA got good standing areas.
The merch came the next day, as scheduled by UPS. It included a hand numbered poster with the date and venue of the concert I attended, a ROAR towel, a random lanyard, Prism tote bag, and a small picture book (not tour book).
Hope this helped some people!
