Katy does have Instagram, it IS private, but is VERY smart at NOT letting ANY fans follow. It really IS just for close friends/family. Anyone else claiming to be Katy is a poser... I'd like to make this very clear. There are A LOT of posers...

^ SO excited already about the new background and cover photo for her Twitter. Definitely feels like a hint towards the 3rd album's theme. I sense acoustic ;o I won't mind that at all....as long as we get some songs like Teenage Dream on it. I still need some pop anthems. 8)
