Katy supposedly sang background vocals on this song but that was never confirmed so we don't really know for sure if Katy sang on here or not.
You never know, but I honestly don't hear Katy at all in that song

"I Can" is beautiful. I honestly hope she goes more in that direction for album #3. I feel like her working with Sia gives it a good chance.
