I would say that yep, she will most probably come to Europe twice. Usually what American singers do is tour America then come tour Europe, then maybe back to America. What Katy did was tour Europe, tour America, the come back and do more dates in Europe and then more in America. This meant she could tour America in summer! Sorry I left out the Aussie dates, but I'm just doing this Europe wise haha. What she did for Ireland for example was, she released tickets in October for a Dublin date in March, they sold out in minutes. Then, after the Dublin date in March, she put up to more dates for the following November. You see this meant that people who had gone to the March date would say to their friends, wow that Katy Perry concert was amazing, and their friends might decide to go in November and also some people might decide to go again. Also the people that weren't able to get tickets for the March show could go in November. Basically, what I'm trying to say is, if Katy had put on three dates in March onsale in October, they most likely wouldn't of sold out, but by giving Ireland a taster in March, and having more later, it created a bigger audience. I know she also did pretty much the exact same thing for other countries. But sorry to get peoples hopes up, because if you live in a really kinda out of the way place and the tickets for your date don't sell out quick, she probably won't bother coming back. So I'd say in maybe October/November of this year, tickets will go onsale for Europe dates in Spring. Then a bit after, tickets will go onsale for summer dates in America, then in Spring/early Summer tickets will go onsale for more dates in Europe for late Autumn, then after that tickets will go onsale for more dates for America for early Winter/late Autumn. Btw, this is only if the new tour resembles the CDT, I'm probably completely wrong, but this is just kind of a guideline it MIGHT follow
