Katy will get hers one day. The Academy can't ignore her success for too much longer.

Madonna had the same problem. As successful as she was the Academy snubbed her for many years. It took her nearly 20 years to win her first real Grammy. The one she got for her documentary doesn't count in my book.

By Academy I refer to the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. AKA The Grammy people.
