Katy will be presenting an award. It would be nice if she wins one too. 

Wouldn't it be funny if Katy won an award in the category she is presenting for? It's like she would be giving the award to herself.

It has to do with Beyonce's Superbowl performance (also broadcast on CBS). There haven't been any official complaints but there was an alleged nip slip.
