BBC states Katy Perry comeback in 2013?

Does anyone know when the album or tour will happen ?
I know some sites say summer 2013 for the album but has Katy said anything officially about when the album will be released.

as far as I know she didn't say anything but it will probably come out summer 2013 because the last two albums were released in the summer and I don't think it would come out any later because that would be 3 years since Teenage Dream

She said she's planning the tour for 2014, so it's very, very likely the album will be out this year, unless the tour's planed for December 2014 with the album in January 2014 or something silly... :P

Oops, wasn't her, but it's part of the Billboard Woman of The Year magazine where it interviews her and other people in her team so it's pretty official. The very last paragraph here:

That section was an interview with someone in her management team. (Also mentions they have plans for the next tour in Germany/India/China on the next page in the magazine so for anyone there you have something to look forwards to! ;))

Well if a Vampire Weekend and and a Katy comeback don't happen this year I will fucking sue. ESPECIALLY for the former.

Well Vampire Weekend are touring here in Australia this month, so hopefully that means they are ready to go. And I can't wait  :pinkbow:

2014 tour gives me more time to save to travel and see all the Aussie shows, so take your time Katy  :) Especially if No Doubt tour this year, I'll be spending heaps on that and need time to save again.  :lol:

This summer will be great :) but for the moment is just rumour 
but I think it will be something like this summer ( summer is long june until august ), because if the tour is in 2014. maybe it will be almost the same thing that for TD and the CDT.
and in august it will be TD 3rd birthday... I can't believe

Well when they say returning I think they just mean have a new album out, there's no way that there could be a tour til 2014. But I'm excited for 2013 and all that it brings! I can't wait for the new album and promo tour! :pinkbow:
