How can I add photos from My Documents into my message and signature ?

copy the link

in your forum profile type [.img](paste the link to the picture here)[./img]

don't type the periods



if you quote this message you will see how I got that picture there

Is there no way to upload the file from my computer ? Because I uploaded mine onto Facebook you see and I think their too large :(
