Well she has said multiple times that she isn't going to try and duplicate Teenage Dream. And I hope she does bring new stuff to the table. I hope there's more guitar playing (electric and acoustic). And more writing on her own. And less with Max fucking Martin.

I kind of secretly wanted Katy to do something that other pop artists don't do by recording a really long song (my strange fantasies), but Justin Timberlake's snapped that one up now. He's done it well though.

I hope Katy comes up with something new, musically speaking. I think both OOTB and Teenage Dream are very exciting and new since no one has ever explored the candy and fruit/pin-up image the exact way Katy used them, but, musically, she hasn't created anything revolucionary so far. I believe she's capable of doing something like that and I believe she will... Excitement couldn't be bigger about this.  :mrmystery:
