I think it's going to be a lot calmer than her last album in terms of going all out with theme. I would like her to do something like comic book, but she probably won't because she was using is as an "intermission" between eras. Maybe the flowers and birds she has been interested in hints at a calmer sort of theme.
I would really like to see her go darker though.

I've grown to have a lot of patience for new albums since KISS bumped their album back from January 2012 a few times till it finally came out in October. I'm just curious what the music will sound like. I trust that Katy will not fail to amaze me. Just hoping for a more rockish feel compared to California Gurls feel.

and seriously I don't think it will be DARK. because she said that she will not do an all record about " break up " .... for me we will have sad song but funny song too. I hope her electric guitar will be back
