This is a little OT, but I've always wondered why the Sims forced you to be social. I mean, if I wanted to be social, Id be out talking to real people, not virtual ones. But I want to be a loner...thats why Im playing the game, dammnit!

I've been a long time Sims player, and here's a trend I commonly see with EA's releases: their "Collector's Edition" and "Limited Edition" stuff are never really exclusive, per se. You can preorder them for the perks, but you're always going to see them being sold at the store... with the same perks. This goes for The Sims 3 Collector's Edition (with the USB drive, they STILL are selling those since the game's initial release), The Sims Medieval Limited Edition (not really limited... in fact, I think it's the only version they sell), among others. Those are the two I can think of off the top of my head. But anyhow, I'm not getting worried about preordering it. Think about it... why would they want to limit how many consumers can buy the Katy Perry version? It'd be bad for business and would not guarantee any extra sells by people who would only buy it for Katy Perry. The final verdict is, it will most likely be sold in stores the day of release.

k good i think they just don't make it sound like that so people preorder but i have pets ltd edition and i got that in-store so…
