OMG!!! today, a girl saw them in a shop in france at claire's and I called Claire's in my city and they said me that they will have it in 1 week :D ahahhahaha I'm so happy :) normally we don't have something like that :) ahahah  :rofl:

I've seen them in Canada, and they're definitely in the US, at Claire's.

i have every single pair, had to have darling and pretty shipped over from the us but they were worth every penny. (they're the ones you should get if you're no good at applying them and want a natural look). i;ve got 4 packs of the individual eyelashes because i'm going to use them for my make up assessment at college  :dreamboat:
