She is topless in several photos with her hands covered her boobs... I recently saw a cute argument on that one. Some don't consider it "topless"... but some do! :)

Well technically topless yes, a google search could easily provide those. But the one I'm referring to is this emo girl in front of dirty mirror that a bunch of idiots actually thought was Katy. ;)
