I'm going with my oldest daughter who is 5. It'll be her first concert.
Haven't decided on outfit yet. Though she'll probably want to wear pink.
Don't know who's the most excited of the 2.

Just a quick note to all Katycats attending the concert in Antwerp.
At the day of the concert you can make free use of tram and bus in whole Antwerp with your concert ticket. Thought this would be nice to know  ;)
Also don't park your car in the streets surrounding Het Sportpaleis. You'll be fined. Just use the paid parking lots around the venue.
And above all: HAVE FUN  :firework:

Also here's a link to the Antwerp tramway network: Antwerpen tramstad (pdf)
The concert hall is at station Sport.
If you fancy some shopping before the concert just take tram 3 direction Zwijndrecht and get of at Opera.
You'll walk straight up to the Meir. The largest shopping street of Belgium Wikipedia - Antwerp Meir

Hope to be of some help. Greetings from Belgium  :hithere:

Or park for free at the P+R at the outskirts of the city and use the free tram.

They fine at night and on Sundays too.

That's indeed a good option if your early enough. All P+R are printed on the PDF of the tramway network  ;)

Thank you for that! My mother and my aunt are driving with me, because they want to take the opportunity to walk through the city and do some shopping and this helps!

If you're early enough I can really suggest to use the P+R. There will be plenty of space, the parking is free and public transport is free with your concert ticket!

There are signs on the highways announcing them and some even tell how many trams per hour and if there is still room for your car.

Thanks for the information.

To go to Sportpaleis from the station, it's the 12 tramline right?

12 is above ground going through neighbourhoods known for delays, it was the longest line before they chopped it up in 3 lines. I had the old version in my mind.

There are plenty underground trams (2, 3, 6) at Astrid station going to Sport station, less waiting and exiting the station right at the venues without crossing a street.
